For more than two decades I have supported women through significant life transitions — helping them build self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and a steadier connection to their own innate resources. Emotional intelligence, to me, is not simply the ability to name a feeling. It is the capacity to listen to the body, regulate the nervous system, and find the way back to balance.
My work brings together an integrative mind–body approach with coaching and transformational practice: Ayurveda and the foundations of Chinese medicine, Qigong and breathwork, therapeutic hypnosis, and embodied emotional intelligence. Rather than working around stress and old patterns, we work with them — softening the body’s stress response, recognizing subconscious patterns as they surface, and rebuilding trust in the client’s own signals.
That same instinct for structure shows up outside the therapy room. Since 2024 I have also served as EOS Integrator and Operations Lead for a small company, translating leadership priorities into clear systems, scorecards, and accountability — work that has extended my sense of transformation from the individual into the organization. Across both, the throughline is the same: people and teams already hold more resources than they realize; the work is learning to recognize and consciously develop them.
“We often have more resources within us than we realize. When we learn to recognize and consciously develop those abilities, we can approach life with greater choice, resilience, and empowerment.”
